Seems to be a cheap 70s/80s bike...

5 speed Sach Huret setup
ITM Stem and NOS ITM Bars (originals were bent by previous owner)
Rear hub is Pelissier, front is Union both with Rigida steel rims

Looks very sleek and stylish, I think that's a good looking pair of tyres for it as well.

The tyres are a pair of (apparently) NOS from ebay - 27 x 1 with wire rims. They're absolutely tiny!
