Wanted Touring frameset, partial or full bike in approximate size 25" (i.e. Raleigh Randonneur etc)

Hi all!

Looking for a touring frameset, partial or full bike with a frame size of 25" to satisfy my inseam of 36". The top-tube should be at least a few inches shorter. Thinking of something like Raleigh Royal, Dawes Galaxy etc.

I've got absolutely no preference in brand. Can be anything from Dawes to Raleigh or anything else in between.

Cantilever brakes much preferred.

Preferably at least 531 frame.

As shown below, for instance the Raleigh Randonneur in size 64cm has a top tube of 585mm. That's something I'm looking for.

Thanks! It's lovely but sadly missing the possibility of cantilever brakes.

I have a 24" CtoT Harry Hall 531C with Campag horizontal ends,130mm,canti bosses,mudguard eyes,seat stay pannier eyes,DT lever and bottle bosses,23"CtoC tt,Black enamel,Never built up but headset fitted. Bought as spare when Harry Hall's shop was destroyed by IRA bomb about 20 years ago,loft or garage stored since. Any interest to you? Located mid Cheshire.
