Touring frameset or complete bike 60 or 61cm

I'm looking for a bike for those days my mtb isn't fun to ride. Meaning sunday cruises in the countryside, shopping, hauling, bad weather riding.
So, something steel, maybe 80s?, fendermounts, downtube shifters, clearence for wider tyres and fenders. I think you know the type.

Frame should be either 60 or 61cm c-c st.
Brand is not important but somethuing special is always fun, but black is never boring.

Also, I live in Sweden so you'd have to be willing to ship it. Paying with Paypal.

Looking to spend about 400GBP

Anybody got something that fits the bill?

perhaps you are after something more exotic, anyway it's a rare bird imo - Crescent Chrome 3000 of 1986.

Got a surly cross check set up as tourer, triple campag chainset with campag down tube shifters, very rare campag Canti brakes, campag seat post too, shimano mechs, shallow drop bars all in very nice condition-black and silver.can send some pics if interested and would like £400 plus the postage.
