Wanted Touring frame or bike 58 cm

Looking for a strong, possibly heavy frame or bike with plenty of braze-ons to build a child transporter / shopping bike .

I'm thinking child seat over the back wheel , panniers over the front wheel , possibly a kick stand too ?

Trek 520 is the model I suppose but nobody is selling

A good strong steel 26inch wheel MTB will make a good alternative to the trad tourer and do everything you want. And the smaller wheels are stronger.It worked for me, hence the recommendation

nice idea : how did you attach your child seat ? rear axle and seat tube ?

Yes, definitely wanted a triangular set up, ie 2 point fixing. I also modified it with extender arms to the seat stays so baby sat further back and didn't impede my legs as I did some hard core rides.
For baby #2 I used a trailer
Baby seat is a lighter set up and goes faster but you can't get out of the saddle. Trailer is harder work but you can get out of the saddle and have room for toys, coats etc and traffic is far more cautious towards you
