Its in Scotland. Have upgraded the wheels to BH large flange rear and Maillard front with new build Mavic MA2 rims. Same price.

I've also managed to source these colour matched (to near identical the frame) Bluemels full mudguards, would throw these on for the asking price too.
They're normally £45 to buy them online.
