Torque Wrench WANTED

As above.. The Norbar ones are spot on. There are some nice preset 'Bit drivers' that are calibrated to indicate when 5nm is reached, ideal if your on a budget and just want to torque up bars, controls etc. Buying 2nd hand is false economy as a potentially inaccurate wrench is useless.
yeh i saw some ritchey ones for carbon stems/bars etc, very handy. i think the BBB wrench set i saw on IDB1's link seems like it could be good. would i need any values outside of 25Nm for say BB / Crank Arms?

Shimano say about 37-40nm iirc
Most of the bike specific ones i've seen are 5-25Nm, which means there no good for torquing crank arms, which is kinda the main reason i want one. Dont they make them with a better range? - like 2-50Nm. That would cover all components

Make sure if you are going to torque stuff up that you use the correct figure. And whether that figure is wirh the threads dry or lubricated.
Thomson have a torque figure that is for lubricated threads.

It does make a large difference.
