Well it's arrived. Looks a good little wrench. The red paint has come off the bar indicator a bit but I can still tell when it's at a certain torque.

Tested on a calibrated digital torque meter that's in the area where they build small landing gear at my workplace. So it's proper kit. (Think euro fighter and sea harrier)

Seems to be quite accurate. Biggest error was about .4 of a nm in the higher end and .25nm in Lower torques.
