Personally I find the most annoying thing about current bikes is the overly low bottom brackets. They're fine for smooth trail centres but on natural trails you keep catching the pedals.

Certainly from the big 3 Roadbike manufacturers, I wish they would have the option for a Aluminium fork rather than carbon.
