Too many projects!

I've decide to sell at least 2 of my bikes as i've got far too many projects on the go at the same time!!
Maybe gonna sell my 94' Marin Bear Valley and my 97 Proflex 857,
it's been really hard to decide what to sell, i like riding all the bikes! :(
or should i take them apart and sell them as parts?!?

Very interesting, but we have a for sale section.

If you split, you may get more, depending whats on them..

I'll put them in the for sale section next week, i just wanted to share my dilema, sometimes it's hard to decide what to keep and what to sell!! :?

one option (if you like the frames) is to strip them and sell the parts but keep the frames, stick them in the loft / shed / garage to rebuild in a couple of years when you can buy back all the bits you sold! it should clear some space and free up some funds.

if you like them keep the frames and finishing kits if they are a set, and slim down on components - maybe keep a few sets and wheels plus a few consumables then just rotate them around the frames - always able to havefun building and fun riding. :D

Unless you have money or space issues do you really need to sell?

I have a number of projects on the go too, but I realise that some will be at least 18 months before they are done as they either wait their turn or for the right parts to turn up.

I often end up with far too many projects on the go. I never know which one to finish so just end up with half built bikes every where  Then I have a cull and slim the collection down to a couple of full bikes and one or two frames/projects. Before I know it the collection grows again though and I'm back to tripping over bike parts.

i had this same problem, stripped 3 half built bikes down and am now not far from completeing ONE project.
bare frames are hidden out of sight bits are in spares box.
may even go riding at the weekend!

Here are my current projects - a 1974 VW 182 to restore "had it about 11 years", a 2005 cannondale quad that i'm fitting a ktm 640 engine in it "spare race quad", a 84' kawasaki kxt250 race trike i've shipped in from the US, my kawasaki kfx450 rece quad that i do enduros on has got the head off it waiting for a new head gasket!! "i'm racing it on sunday... LOL" 5 mountain bikes and an LT 35 van that i'm trying to convert into a camper...
THATS WHAT I'VE GOT RIGHT NOW!! LOL

I have a similar list of bike, car, house and garden projects which is rather long, but I'm working through them, and at least there is little chance of getting bored or having nothing to do ;)
