I just found out that's no Tommasini but something else build up on 531 frame with Tommasini sticker. The reason why I am looking to value it is to decide whether invest the money in repair or not.

I was about to say that it is unlikely you have a Tommasini with reynolds tubing as they historically used Columbus. Of course, they used to make and still make some of the finest steel frame around so it's a pity that you don't actually own one of them.
