Today in the workshop, Marzocchi xc500 93 rebuild

I stripped and replaced all the seals using off the shelf items. The main fork seals come in a little thicker than stock but by thinning down the location washer in the lathe by 0.5mm, all fits perfectly. TQF oil in the forks 20wt and 35psi air, nice n smooth. I fitted a new steerer tube too! If only I had a use for them kept me busy anyway.
