Spending £3k, professional racer (or trials??) - you would know every part on your bike and that 'ss cables' as read off the outer does not actually matter.
The bike may be legit, but this flags my 'hmmm.... :? ' senses...
Not saying the bike is not genuine, and he is not a good seller, just that the ad sounds slightly suspect as it is written. Spelling I can live with. Odd descrpitions and statements that don't ring true I can't.
Maybe just me, but unless I am 100% happy with an auction, I no bid.
