Judging by their colour, and being Ti, these would have come off a 1995 M Trax Ti 4000.
I own a pair of steel bladed UGLIs, and they're lovely to ride, but flexy under hard braking - so I can't imagine how much more flexy the Ti variant would be. Interested to hear the verdict of the new owner of the above Ti forks!
