That is a lot of bicycle for the money.

A bit similar like we discussed earlier - essentially priced for more-or-less frame and forks and the parts go for free.

At least with this frame it should be able to accommodate wider tyres and could actually have a canti or disc conversion.

I would keep the caliper brakes, work fine and very easily adjusted. Maybe find a steel fork.
