Ti cassette by the looks of it, hubs are just standard.

What’s with the ramped ribs on the freewheel? Is that Shimano compatible?

That is HG compatible spline, their own design and fits nobody else's, also need a different tool to get it off, I have a similar set of hubs and was watching and going to bid as they're quite nice.
Also nothign in it is Titanium, (it does have a TiNitride 'bearing' setup)
Look up Goldtec SAM XC hubs (or Speedlines for the more road orientated version)
