Titanium frameset identification help needed

The tapered chain stays are a good indicator, as is the Ritchey dropouts (they didn’t do titanium), also the matching, tapered unicrown forks. Finally the Altus A10 group is far too low for titanium. They were common in the late 90s

Also you can see the dropouts are brazed into the seatstays, not welded.
