Titanium frame with v brake/canti mounts

Maybe a bit modern and a bit expensive? 15" but these were designed to be ridden small. Can run disc or rim brakes.

I have a litespeed obed fs, absolutely mint, almost nos that I am considering letting go. I had plans and still have most of the parts to build this up with rockshox/amp disc brakes, white industries disc hubs, amp f3 xc forks and either m900 or m952 drive train, or various other bits such as syncros, caramba, cooks cranks, ti bar/stem combo, ti bar ends etc.

I have a Merlin ti mountain frame, 17.5" bb to top of seat tube.
