Can anyone advise me where i could have a rear disc mount fitted to a titanium frame?

Before you let VB or anyone else touch your frame, ask to see detailed photos of disc mounts they have previously added to Ti frames.

I'll say no more.

[edit] OK, I WILL say some more: I've seen some disgraceful things done to Ti frames by so-called UK "frame builders"... specifically aftermarket disc mounts. We are NOT talking Moots type quality here - rather the splatter gun approach.

If your frame is even halfway decent, you might be [COUGH] "disappointed" with the end result. [/end iedit]
