Titanium expander bolt

Hi , as per title
Titanium quill stem expander bolt 8 x 135 mm from the end to the base of the head .
kept it to go on a Kona velocity stem and its too big !

I have this problem.

Bought a Tioga expander bolt on here and the head is just too wide to fit the Cannondale stem I'm using. It's most annoying...

I've just looked back at the two Ti quill bolts of different lengths that I've obtained for my Velocity stems. So far without problems and both for 1 1/8th" stems.

M8 bolt fits a Titanium velocity stem @135mm

1993
M7 worked for my chrome velocity stem @60mm

I had the original bolts in steel so was able to match. I may even have a spare Ti 60mm bolt on hand that I could sell on.

The 1991 Velocity is longer still at 150mm.

I've just bought some m8x40mm full thread allen head socket screws (try saying that fast three times). Will update on the results as I find it bizarre that this format of quill stem has no oem replacment.
