Titanium dropouts.... Who's the builder

So this Ti bike is on my radar, frame has no serial numbers but this is a pic of the dropouts, I know most of the nuts out there that love ti can usually ID the maker by the dropouts so here's a little challenge for you...

It's close, although the bottom part of the dropout looks longer on the dean.

Post a picture of the head tube. Red Titanium? I dunno. Looks pretty close regarding the rear dropout. Your photo and that of the Dean are/were taken at different angles, but the position of the cable bung on the chain stay is nearly in the same spot.

The head tube points to what it's claimed to be but the dropouts are different, the seller does have an explanation for the difference from others of it's kind but Im searching for a lead on the dropouts.

Is that cable management there at the bottom of the head tube a custom order? That's for the rear derailleur, so the front derailleur is a top pull? Ask the seller. That is really unusual placement. Also I see the top tube is smaller diameter than the down tube. The plot thickens...

I’m nowhere near 100% confident that I’ve seen those dropouts on what the head badge and cable stops suggest this might be. I am 100% confused as to why your fillet-brazed-steel radar has malfunctioned.

Yeaaaaah.......temped by something different to shock you all, only slightly tempted tho.... Take I ti bike and powder coat it lol
