Seller says it´s titanium DBR - frame, and there reads made in USA where serial number is.

I dont know number yet...

Looks like a genuine sticker at the top of the seat tube.......and the rest of it looks about right.

Wells it's almost certainly a Sandvik Ti frame - you can tell by the drop outs!
