Also on the lookout for another uncommon derailleur. Possibly a Mavic 845 if one came up in "requires attention" condition but anything else unusual considered.

I should have given up and bought one of those more modern ones about 10 years ago when they were a lot cheaper!

Cost me a lot. And scared to ride it

By the way I still haven’t ridden my bike and thus haven’t actually used my derailleur since installing
I require the 3 hole plate for the V brake spring for the rear brake - the one I had deteriorated and can’t find anything to replace it with - most bikes usually have the holes welded onto the brake boss holes on the frame

I should really build up my other Scapin in the meantime, since this one won't be finished any time soon.
