I have one of these in the garage which has seen about 10 miles on my old trials bike, it's about as NOS as they get!
it is the FAT 66 kevlar casing one, not the cheapo wire bead ones which were made of cheese and slipped on everything!
I bought it a few years back NOS for about £28 as far as I remember (after loads of searching) because it was what I needed at the time to build a period correct Pashley trials bike... however, that was broken down and sold last year and this beast is still here
