Tioga alchemy bearing help

Hi all, just started my first project - a 94 saracen kili pro - but having difficulty with assembling the tioga alchemy headset. I bought a couple and made the mistake of not keeping them together!

This is how I have it at the moment with two of the same bearing cages with the more open sides facing away from the headtube. Is this correct?

I also have one bearing cage that is different in the last image but unsure about it.
