Not even sure that this is the correct section to post - not planning on taking this freakin' deathtrap seriously offroad anytime soon (riverside path notwithstanding) but I love it!

1967 Schwinn Speedster: 24" wheels, coaster rear brake, Bendix 2 speed kickback hub.

Cost me an arm and a leg to import from Denver Colorado last year - I'd owned a couple of Schwinn Stingray repros but desperately wanted something original. Paint is faded and decals are almost gone but I want to leave it as original as possible. Swapped the pedals as the rubber on the originals was hard and super-slippery but I still have them. Tyres too are almost gone and definitely not for riding in the wet but replacements are still available from Schwinn specialists in the US (they are not standard 24" size otherwise it'd have a set of super-tacky knobblies fitted if I could cram them between the stays :P
