Got a pair of brand new still in their wrapping Wolber Super Champion Arc en Ciel tub rims laced onto a set of Campag record hubs,

The hubs were off a set of mavic G40 clinchers whic had just got too tired.

they spin so smooth.

Neill at Atlantic Boulevard did the graphics/decals for me.

He can seriously do almost anything you would care to mention.

I am over the moon with this creation.

It has worked out better than I expected.
Visually exactly where I wanted to be....it mixes all the influences and styling from the list of wish I could own bikes yet stands up on its own.

delivers penache and a stoic lets race attitude from its Dave Lloyd DNA.
This bike is quick s soon as pedal down..great handling..really capable...love it.

Ok thats enough. I'm off.

Extensive procedure you went through, incl even rechroming - not so easy/cheap nowadays.

I like the 'Tiny' more than any of the 4 bikes you got your inspiration from ;) Now if that isn't a good compliment!

Thanks Mel,

Appreciate your comments.... you really know your cheese.... I've seen your bikes on this forum and each is a stand out machine.

Your rating is well received.

I started this project and another ways back last year..had to take my time..getting the kit I wanted here and there.

Had to put a stop on the builds....funds...teenage daughters...wife had enough of compulsive velo obsession disorder.....

Wow, seriously nice build you've done. Lots of thought and dedication with it.

You should be proud of it, well done.

Thanks for your comments Ally.

I'm right chuffed because there is always a danger of getting too eager to complete the build....so I just took the time to get it just so.

This one just turned out bang on. I enjoy every ride.

Re:

Bloody hell, that is gorgeous!

A bit before my cycling time, so excuse me while I ogle at your old bits!

Got an Arabesque g/set going on a bike soon. Hope it looks as good as this when it's on

Mike
