631 725 853 and 953 also as far as I know. Don't know if 531 can be tig welded.
Have been looking on de tinternet.
Looks like you can't TIG weld 531 tubing.
531 however could be bronze welded/fillet brazed to reduce the heat affected zone. it was used on high spec racing bikes (including Jack Taylor's and Claud Butler's BITD).

I have a GW that is tig welded. 531 Millennium I think it says on the label. Never looked into it.
That beefy downtube doesn't look like anything Reynolds produced. Maybe its Dedacciai?
