desperately need someone with knowledge of dismantling above to remove wire cap end from a previously decent shimano tiagra 9sp shifter the RH one.. inner wire has parted near the barrel end and lever is stuck down in 7th gear near top gear.. it will move 2 clicks but won't drop back more that 7th. i have the top off and have removed any loose strands that i found but obviously the short end has jammed the barrel section at an unaccessable section unless it can be dismantled to gain access.. thx will
