Ti stem - Fast Feather or other?

This came in a box marked 'Fast Feather', but can't seem to find any pics of FF Ti stems. Anyone confirm, or is it by someone else? Lovely stem though. Be interested to know.

Looks quite like a Kolo stem, British made ti. Was the sort of thing that Matt from Zoobits used to sell from his van to all manner of shops in the south east, along with all manner of other exciting stuff.
