Looks tired. The lacquer is peeling quite badly, especially on the fork. The UGLI fork is cromoly not ti. Personally, I don't think it's worth it. Unless I'm missing something.

Handlebars look ti, ti 3000 is two ti tubes? Rest being cro-mo?

Only the 4000 had the ti fork

But both were UGLI I’m not a fan of the forks, seems quite a few ended up bent Uncle Gerald had a lot to answer for

Those forks are a shop display version - they may or may not be suitable for riding on.
