Likewise, I'd take the £1500, without documents about the palmares achieved on the bike it could well have been a training bike..........

Nice frame, but the level of spec on it, without any Team Pro original parts (no Campagnolo Super Record or SSC wheels), its intrinsic value is really in the frame. I'd suggest probably you start at £800 and work your way backwards to a price point someone is happy with... Even a fully restored version with Full Super Record, refinished and Mavic SSC would struggle much above £1300-1500. Like Shaun says, its off the peg, not a rider specific team bike.
