One forlorn hope bid comparatively early on. Certainly not up to my prediction. I know I will come to rue my lack of commitment, whilst my Hei Hei frame stares at me accusingly every time I walk past it..
It’s not so much the winning bid - I mean, we all knew they were going big - and if you want something as rare as those, you have to bid to win - it’s the postage and customs on top plus the risk of the damn things not actually arriving safely across the Atlantic..
