Ti Bontrager Bar Shims

Hi,

I've got Ti Bonty bars on my recent build. The stem is a Syntace 99 jobbie, 25.4mm, with the little red rubberised grip inserts.

The shim on the bars is slightly too small, and thus the bar can be rotated when pushing on.

Are there different sized shims available?

I have one off the bike at the moment - making a new one from a USE post shim as the Titec shim isnt wide enough for the Titec stem :?

Would a shim for BMX-bars-to-MTB-stem do it?
DMR used to make one and Chain Reaction usually has them in stock.
Plastic, non-scratchy, very cheap.

I'm gonna use a coke can shim I reckon. Should be fine with a bit of TLC.
