Thrift shop ritchey

That Scott brake is really growing on me, I know some don't like em but I'm kinda digging it. Currently in process of tearing it down for full restoration, build thread to follow.

Interestingly the rear dropouts have been spread to 133 mm. PO was using the old noodle, good thinking there.

Learned something about bottom brackets today, I was like wait a minute, what's with the drive side lock ring? Wonder if that's a Mavic bb, maybe? Still smooth, like buttah. May stick it right back in there once I'm done preserving the frame. Seats gotta go lol. That's the Bike Thrift Shop signature, random saddle evidently chosen blindfolded. Handlebars have really gotta go, that whole assembly must weigh 20lbs. May try to do a freehub transplant, if I can find a gorilla strong enough to get the cassette off. Most everything else can stay, actually
