Considering the relevance, i will start here, mods may move if need be.
Unior 1.1/8" steerer thread making tool.
Used twice, works well. I have both extended thread and cut from scratch. Plenty of gear oil to lube the process.

It comes with a reducer collar for use with a 1" die. I dont have a 1" die, just the 1.1/8".
I wont use it again.
Asking £65 posted to uk. Im ok with paypal trusted.
