This bike worth?

Hi reposting this because I'm still clueless, msg me if I'm doing something wrong.

Hi all, I'm knew to all this so forgive my shortcomings.
I'm trying to help my Grampa sell his road bike he can no longer use, and as I have no idea what I'm doing I thought I'd get some help determining its value.

I know it is a Corsa 01 (zero one) frame but that's about it. I know it's little to go off of so any help is appreciated.

That's a lovely bike! Some more detailed pics would help. If you take one side on of the drive side then some of the gears at the back and front, wheel hubs and brake calipers then it would give a better idea of what the groupset is which would make coming up with a value easier.

Looks really nice, look like Campagnolo Veloce groupset, the brake levers help there and it's just on the callipers too etc.

No idea of value, not my knowledge
