Thin tape for Cinelli bars

sorry such a petty question.
Trying to avoid that bulky look on 25.4 bars.
I'd use cloth, but I'm running Sram and from experience cloth doesn't stretch well around the lever/shifters.
I used a perforated tape in the past, just can't recall what it was.
