The Warlord has landed!

I converted this for the price of a half inch chain, freewheel and BMX chainring - all cheap from Halfruads or fleabay

Will stick a new saddle and seatpost on at some stage. Also want a BMX freewheel on the rear rather than the current 'ghetto' set-up.

42t though, might be too much. I was hoping to get a 32t one at some point. Should be on with a 16t rear cog.

32/16 for the road? won't you pedalling really fast all the time?

You've got to love a 'warning' sticker that encourages abuse?

"WARNING. Abuse of this equipment will result in serious fun."

Dude that sticker (and others) came with an issue of MaxPower in 1994. I know becuase I stuck it to the corner of drivers door window on my 309XSI. There was also one that said NO I DON'T KNOW ANY BETTER which I stuck on the boot lid so people could read it after I'd cut them up  . Only a few weeks after I'd decorated my car with said MaxPower stickers someone stole them all whilst my car was parked in a pub carpark. At the time I was rather annoyed, but looking back I do wonder if it was some slightly older chap (early 30's maybe  ) who was doing me a favour by restoring my otherwise standard car back to its original tastefull appearance.

Did think it seemed a bit out of place for a manufacturer to put said sticker on a bike. Retro Max Power-ness, haha.

I've got a singlespeed crank around here somewhere you can have for beer and postage!
