it does when the gravel gets wedged in haha, only reason its at that angle is due to the fork only being drilled and threaded on the face of the fork, hope it doesnt ruin the function..... ;)

rock rings are ace, shame they dont do a modern equivelant for my nukeproof :(

Or it it a case of a quill to ahead converter with an ahead stem ?

I doubt such a thing exists. I can't see why a manufacturer would want to beef up the bar clamp area
to the OS norm (probably use faceplates too) when the quill itself would need to remain skinny.

Perhaps on some obscure Dutch bike / folder / shopper / BSO type thing? Perhaps in the BMX world?
