defaced over many decades by the Greeks mostly, judging from the writing.

This one is looked after by one individual, sits there all day every day, just incase someone wants to visit. For a donation he will let you in and that's both his salary and funds to repair it!

I found these on an old contax website archive on the net. I took these in 2009 at a polo match in Gilgit. I have the original slides stored away but no scans.

Another small Church in a remote bay, kept clean and tidy by another Muslim for the Christians that come to visit.
