For some reason , I'd be happy to be educated , it doesn't like the resolution it was happy with before .

Nikon D3200 , probably . If not a crappy little Lumix .
That should've been able to take a clean sharp shot. I think resolution is ok - just ISO needs to be boosted to 3200
