I should explain that the last (and first) time I tried the local 10, I was smoking and not cycling, or doing any other form of excercise. But I'm still chuffed to bits to lose 3 minutes in 2 years. Long story short. PB gone from 34.58 to 31.55. Hardly a superstar, but TTs aren't about that are they
