I've got a Mavic rear mech from about '93 (in fact thinking of it i've got two). Not sure how rare they are though but it's definately different.

The Jerocho Suffering on my Kona is probably pretty rare on these shores - but not that retro really.

I guess the Dave Lloyd Cats Wiskas is pretty rare.

I've got a Yeti FRO with a 1" headset (makes it old, not rare) and a round top tube (makes it rare). I haven't seen another but know that a few exist.
