Yes, Styff made the famous Shock Bone but they made complete lowers as well!

Im not sure if it counts but i have Specialized " book of revelations "
its basically a 1994 s works brochure with a some words of wisdom and a few pranks too !

Well it may not be the rarest part but it is "still in a sealed bag, not touched by human hands and contains air from the early 90's" rare!

rarest of rare bikes

One of the nicest bikes but I have never seen "in the flesh" are:

Specialized S-works Ultimates final Editions (60 items) limited Editions.....produced in 1995.

My local shop has one hanging, No. 14. I've been scouring for more info about them. Can't really find anything.

89 Raleigh alien, 1 of 2 seen in the us with more in the UK
EXTREMELY RARE, in 32 years I've only seen 3, one in California, mines in the heartland and the one sold last year in Hungary.
