Yes, looks tidier than my kitchen
the ceiling looks low, is it a cellar or just camera angle?
It isnt a massively high ceiling, but i was sat down taking the pic so more the angle i guess.
As a kid, i would drive my mother mad, all the bikes were fettled and fixed in the kitchen...lol.
I find i have two issues, lack of time, and forgetfulness, both are my Achilles heel. To try and resolve both, i needed a little more organised space, where less time was spent looking for the tool or component i needed. I am getting there now, all the frames and wheels are hung, more expensive components displayed, the smaller spares etc all have a place, bigger tools and surplus are in toolboxes, whilst the dirty work, polishing wheel, vice work are all done in a different room.
what i did realise when i took this pic before finishing was how many tools i had that were missing, the Park stand ive had for over 20 years, and cleaned and fettled it, but i had lent tools out that i have never had returned. The cost to replace was scary. A lesson learnt, dont lend out your tools. And keep them organised.
