Got this Ridgeback 704 frame with Tange Switchblades.

Unfortunately being left in the shed for years has taken it's toll. especially on the forks.
Can probably put a price on the frame quite easily, but need some help with the forks.
I've seen a few ads and wanteds where they have been up to £100-120!

A few qs:
Any ideas how much they are they worth as is?
Would it be worth getting them sprayed to sell?
Price for frame, forks and Xt headset?
