Re: Magazines, tons of 'em

Is there a market for old mags? I have tons, probably 400 or so.

MBR 98-99 including issue 1, 5 issues.
On Your Bike 2000, 3 issues.
MTB Pro 1994 > lots.
Dirt, loads from issue 1>
Mountain Biker 1997 a few
Grip all of 'em including issue 1.
Total Mountain Bike, 2000 including issue 1
MBUK vols 5 (1992), 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 2000, 2001, 2002 and the 92/93 specials.

+ a bunch of randoms.

I'll need them gone for space and moving house reasons.

There is definitely a market, but non of yours seem old enough to warrant higher prices. Check the mags for content; that's going to determine its desirability.

Not sure this is the correct place, but I have "how much is it worth" question. After many years, I stumbled across a '96 Stumpjumper A1 - a bike I remember always being absolutely in love with. In 1996 I was a 14 year old paperboy, so Stumpies were well beyond my reach. 18 years later, what do these beauties go for?

Stunning, eh?! :D

Beauty is in the yew of the beholder!

But single speed with a mish mash of parts.. Say about £150 bike. Frame on own go for about 50-80.

The single speed setup was just the google image I took. Would be looking for close to catalogue as poss. Frame est gives me an idea to work from though - cheers.

My brother sold a good later 1997 one for £200 with fairly good and period spec.
