The Official Retrobike Crisps thread

i love kettle crisps
real man crisps if you can afford them
rather than the ones with no crunch
wouldnt mind trying the nandos ones although i make my own nandos chicken which is better so hmm
walkers did a nice red thai curry sensations i think, they were nice
had some kick too

does anyone remeber watsits wafflers?
if you know where to get some, tell me please!!

and yes, walkers are a bit mainstream and they shouldve kept the proper colour scheme
and whats with all the crap they are bringing out now?!
the football ones - crap
the competition ones - vile (fish n chips, builders breakfast, chilli and choc etc)
the jalapeno or sweet chlli 'real' crisps are lovely
as you can see, i like crisps
i often eat a massive bag to myself, no problem
'woops, theyre ALL GONE!!!'

Most crisps are not as good as they used to be as they've taken most of the really bad **** out these days. Monster Munch, Quavers, Seabrook, Bacon Fries and the rest were far better filled with heart stopping lard.

Remember some 10p crisps from Primary School called Whale Bones. Prawn Cocktail packets of joy.

Currently these are way up there for me.

But also partial to Discos Salt & Vinegar. But where the hell have the Pickled Onion ones gone? They used to make my tongue bleed.

Old style packet

Used to love both of these

I'm also craving the old salt and vinegar Ringos. Damn shame that they don't make these any more. Most of the ingredients are probably a little bit dodgy by todays standards. Shame :(

She's a fittie on that Space Raiders packet...
I used to thread Hula Hoops onto Wotsits, package them between two Skips and then sandwich them in my corned beef butties.
