I'm in. But hows it going to work? You going to add items to post 1 and manage from there?

That makes sense mate but i'm a little concerened about the thread becoming overcrowded after a while ..

I think no matter what it's going to get busy and that's not a bad thing.

I see people posting pics with a friendly reminder to remove parts once (preferably) traded.

What about something like this.
1. Everyone gets a single post which they must manage. They delete photos and indicated new orphan parts.
2. No dibs or question posts. PM only as this will likely not be a traditional sale only thread.
3. Each post consists of a "looking for" pic(s) and a "have" pic(s)

That looks nice and straight forward jimi and the pming only and not allowing question or dibs posts makes perfect sense in order to keep things tidy so we just need this as a sticky so every one can find it ,,
