Might be able to sort out you a lift to Cannock peyee

Re:

Peaks is always sunny and flat

Lift from Stockport?! That'd be ace, but I've checked and at a push I can get the train to Stafford and ride over from there. Adds about twenty miles but let's face it, I could do with them...

Re:

Right then. We'll go for the Saturday.
I'll post up an announcement shortly.

The route has some hills but no locusts.

What a great relief, I was very concerned about the possibility of a mid-ride biblical plague. Any forecast on whether the rivers may, or may not, bring forth frogs...?

Re:

I'll paint a red cross on my headtube in goat's blood, should be fine. I usually only do that for the Yorkshire rides...

Hi Paul
Is Stanage Edge or Houndkirk moor in the route or is it to far away? if its not far off the route how about adding it in and starting early :D

Re:

Houndkirk is on the route, Stanage is a bit further away and trickier to incorporate without a bit too much road riding.
There's a few details in the ride announcement.

Re:

Thinking about an October ride.

Either the belated Lakes road and mountain bike rides, or something closer to the Peak District perhaps.

Who is available and when?
